Here are some tips on how to best utilize this search tool:
- Each green dot represents a city or town. Hover your cursor over the green dots on the map to learn more information about “number of listings” and “median home price” for each town (green dot).
- The left hand side of the map and page has search criteria that can narrow your search results down to your specific parameters. Click the arrows on the left side panel to expand or close each different search option available…example: Click on “Price” to customize your minimum and maximum price point. You can also click the green icon to narrow the map down until green house icons for each home for sale appear.
- Use your mouse or track pad to drag and scroll the map to new locations . You can zoom in on the map to see individual properties is specific map areas. Click arrows in Search box to expand search criteria or click on a property listing in left column or map icon for listing details.
- Click the “Maps” tab in property details to see street view and satellite photo s or click “Walkscore” to see proximity to area businesses.
- Click on Get Listings Updates, Save Favorites, Notes or Share to save your favorite property listings , receive automated email listing updates of hot new listings, or share the details with family or friends.
